High Performance Sand Pump for Oilfield Solids Control System
XBSY Sand Pump is a high-efficiency centrifugal pump specially designed for oilfield solids control systems, providing stable drilling fluid transfer for desanders, desilters, and mud mixing systems. With excellent hydraulic performance and strong abrasion resistance, it ensures reliable operation under harsh drilling conditions.
The pump adopts a wear-resistant mechanical seal design with tungsten carbide sealing faces and carbon fiber auxiliary seals, effectively resisting wear caused by drilling fluids containing solid particles. Compared with conventional sealing systems, it provides longer service life, reduces leakage risks, and minimizes maintenance requirements during continuous operation.
The optimized impeller and volute casing design based on CFD technology reduces hydraulic losses and improves pumping efficiency. High-chromium cast iron wear-resistant components provide excellent resistance against sand and solid particle abrasion, extending service intervals and reducing operating costs.
With a compact structure and flexible direct/belt drive options, the Sand Pump is easy to install and maintain, making it an ideal solution for oil & gas drilling, desander/desilter feeding, and other solids control applications.
